The Metropolitan New York Baptist Association was seeking a venue to honor its retiring long-term Executive Director, George Russ, who has served faithfully in this role for the past 16 years and prior to that, another 24 years in state leadership responsibilities. We needed a space that could accommodate and feed 200 people. Several months earlier, I had attended an event put on by a sister organization at 630SECOND and was very impressed with everything about the venue, its staff and the menu and the accolades from our sister group.
